Before You Arrive (Prep & Backup)
We highly recommend performing a data backup before any repair. Don’t know how? Just bring a portable hard drive with you, and we can handle the file transfer for you. We stock hard drives and USB sticks too. Please remember to bring your device and its original power adapter / charger.
Diagnosis & Upfront Quote
When you arrive at our Clayfield workshop, we will assess your device and provide a clear, upfront repair quote. If we have the required replacement parts in stock, we can often complete the work as a same-day or next-day repair.
Turnaround & Timeline
If we need to order parts, we will take the payment (in-shop or online). You can leave your device safely with us, or take it back home with you so you can keep working. Once your parts arrive, simply drop the laptop off in the morning, and we will usually complete the repair the same or next day.
